Purpose-built programs for every dimension of diversity.
One platform. Multiple programs. Each designed with the intentionality that meaningful inclusion work deserves.
Women in Leadership Mentoring
Connect women at mid-career stages with senior female leaders and executive allies. Build the pipeline your board expects.
Minority & BIPOC Professional Programs
Create psychologically safe mentoring spaces for Black, Indigenous, and people of color navigating systemic barriers in the workplace.
LGBTQ+ Employee Mentoring
Support LGBTQ+ employees with mentors who can speak to shared experiences — including navigating disclosure decisions, representation, and allyship at work.
Disability & Accessibility-Focused Programs
Pair employees with disabilities with mentors experienced in advocating for accommodation, navigating career paths, and building visibility.
Reverse Mentoring for Inclusion
Give junior employees from underrepresented groups a formal channel to mentor senior leaders on lived experience — building empathy at the top.
Cross-Cultural & International Programs
Pair employees across geographies, cultures, and backgrounds to build genuine cross-cultural understanding and global collaboration skills.
Features built with equity and privacy at the core.
Sensitive Matching with Optionality
Let participants self-identify along dimensions they choose. Matching respects those preferences without requiring disclosure to the platform at large.
Anonymized Reporting
Track program engagement and outcomes across demographic groups in aggregate — never at the individual level — to protect participant privacy.
ERG Integration
Connect your Employee Resource Groups with the mentoring platform. ERG members can be matched within or across groups depending on program goals.
Inclusive Program Design Templates
Pre-built mentoring frameworks designed with D&I specialists — including conversation starters, goal-setting prompts, and anti-bias resources for mentors.
Sponsor vs. Mentor Track Support
Run both mentoring (skill-building) and sponsorship (advocacy) programs simultaneously — with distinct structures, goals, and matching criteria for each.
Program Outcome Reporting for ERG Leaders
Give ERG program managers access to their program's data — participation, session completion, goal progress — without exposing other programs' details.
D&I mentoring FAQs
- How do we avoid tokenizing underrepresented employees through mentoring programs?
- Great question — and one we think about carefully. The best D&I mentoring programs are opt-in, protect participant privacy, provide genuine career benefit (not just visibility), and include dominant-group employees as participants too (e.g., through reverse mentoring or allyship tracks). Mentora HQ gives program administrators the controls to design programs with these principles built in.
- Can participants choose not to disclose their identity to the platform?
- Yes. Participants control what they share and with whom. Demographic fields are optional and visible only to administrators for aggregate reporting — not to other participants or mentors unless the participant chooses to share.
- How do we measure whether our D&I mentoring program is actually working?
- Mentora HQ captures participation rates, session frequency, goal progress, and post-program self-reported outcomes. For equity impact, we recommend combining platform data with external measures like promotion rates, representation data, and employee engagement survey scores — which we can help you structure.
- We have multiple ERGs. Can each run its own separate program?
- Yes. Each ERG can have its own program with its own matching rules, participant pools, and administrators. ERG program managers only see their program's data. A central DEI team can see aggregate data across all programs.
