- Both options work. You can bulk-import student and alumni data via CSV, connect your student information system, or let participants self-register through a branded public portal. Most institutions use a combination — import students, open self-registration for alumni.
- How does the platform handle large alumni databases?
- MentoraHQ is designed for scale. Alumni profiles can be pre-loaded and kept dormant until the alumnus accepts an invitation. Matching filters let you surface only the most relevant mentors for each student search — regardless of how large the alumni pool is.
- Does the platform work for both virtual and in-person meetings?
- Yes. Pairs can meet however works for them. MentoraHQ integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for virtual sessions, and also supports in-person session logging for hybrid programs.
- Can we brand the platform with our university name and colors?
