How does the platform handle large alumni databases?: Mentora HQ is designed for scale. Alumni profiles can be pre-loaded and kept dormant until the alumnus accepts an invitation. Does the platform work for both virtual and in-person meetings?: Yes. Pairs can meet however works for them. Mentora HQ integrates with Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams for virtual sessions, and also supports in-person session logging for hybrid programs.
Can we brand the platform with our university name and colors?: Fully. Students and alumni only ever see your institution's name, logo, and color scheme. Mentora HQ is white-labeled so participants never see third-party branding.
Is student data protected under FERPA?: Yes. Mentora HQ can be configured as a "school official" under FERPA with appropriate data processing agreements. We support the institutional controls needed to handle student education records lawfully.
