How It Works
From sign-up to your first match — in four steps.
Setting up a mentoring program on Mentora HQ is designed to take an afternoon, not a quarter. Here's the path from registering your organization to confirming your first pairings.
- 01
Step 1 — Register your organization and make it yours
Create your Mentora HQ account, upload your logo, set your brand color, and choose a theme. Point your custom domain at the participant portal so everything your people see feels like home.
- 02
Step 2 — Build your first program
Define the program's purpose, duration, and capacity. Set your matching criteria and how much each factor should weigh. Decide on enrollment limits, lifecycle stages, and whether relationships can be extended. Save it as a template to reuse later.
- 03
Step 3 — Bring in your people
Invite mentors and mentees one by one or import them in bulk from a CSV. Build out profiles, send the welcome emails, and let participants self-enroll — or enroll cohorts yourself in a single action.
- 04
Step 4 — Match, confirm, and go live
Review the pairings the matching engine suggests, check compatibility scores, and validate matches in batches. Confirm the ones that work, adjust the ones that don't, and your program is running. From there, automated notifications and reporting keep things moving while you keep watch.
