- Most organizations are live within 2 weeks. Setup includes importing your employee roster, configuring your matching criteria, customizing your branding, and publishing your program portal. - Can we run multiple mentoring programs simultaneously?
- Yes. MentoraHQ supports multiple concurrent programs within one organization — for example, a leadership development cohort, a new-hire onboarding program, and a cross-departmental peer mentoring pool, each with its own settings, matching rules, and participant sets.
- Does MentoraHQ integrate with our existing HRIS or LMS?
- We support SSO via OAuth/OIDC with Microsoft Entra ID and Google Workspace. SAML 2.0 is not implemented, so an Okta-only or Ping-only identity estate is not served today. Bulk user import works from any HRIS or LMS by CSV or Excel upload, rather than a per-vendor connector, which means any system that can export a file is supported - not only the few that have a named integration. There is no automatic roster sync. Meetings connect to Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Calendar.
